“Since August 2019, I’ve been working out with the tribe and have truly enjoyed the experience. Even though I’m only a few pounds away from my weight and body fat percentage goals, my body is in the best shape it’s ever been. Being accountable is key for me. I’ve always been a self-starter, but sticking with something long-term is not one of my strong points because I get bored easily. Derek and Neil have structured the workouts perfectly and have kept my interest level high! Unlike other facilities I’ve tried, I feel that the Run Wild team truly understands how muscle groups work together and how to get the most out of your workout in the shortest amount of time.”
