Through this challenging time, we have taken the opportunity to expand our Tribe by offering virtual classes straight to your living room! So now, whether you come in for a socially distanced class or log in from your home, you can join us for a workout!
What To Expect
Our virtual classes are run through Zoom and an invitation to join the class is sent out to the roster 30 minutes prior to the start of class. We highly recommend downloading the Zoom desktop app to make for a more streamlined experience! The coach will be there to demonstrate all the exercises, guide you through the workout, and provide feedback and cues to help you get the most out of the class!

Q: What types of classes do you offer?
A: Currently all of our classes are either completely body weight or utilize a single weight or heavy household object. They are a combination of strength training and structured interval training.
Q: Can I join from [fill in any location here]?!
A: YES! You can join our live classes from anywhere in the world, just enter your Zoom session from a phone/tablet/laptop, and prepare to work!
Q: How much fitness experience do I need?
A: We provide variations, alternatives, and modifications for all fitness levels. The classes may be fast-paced at times, but your coach will always offer a way for you to feel appropriately challenged!
